Being in a bad mood just gives you a reason to be hurtful and hateful....you have the greatest gift of all in your heart...the power of change...it is your decision to be in a bad mood and it is also your decision to change it....So I always say...FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT...which means....If you have to fake being kind and nice, eventually your attitude and mood will change and you will no longer have to FAKE IT ......Being in a GREAT MOOD is contagious....
